I'd rather take my car into the dealer to be serviced for peace of mind. Least everything will be inspected and lubricated throughly.

There is a tool to get the filter off – connects to end of socket extension. They are pretty cheap

pritesh the only thing that will be well inspected and lubricated at the dealers is your wallet…a service is a service is a service….dealers dont have magic fingers….

Even better if you have a friend who can get a discount on trade price so that would save you another 30%

Great video, especially as I own the same truck, never tried to service it myself, until I saw your video which is excellent, air filter was easy, fuel filter was easy, it didn't start first time but I just primed it more and it has been fine, I don't have ramps, I crawled under but I could not see the sump nut, could it be obscured by the sump guard? Is it at the rear of the sump? Sorry I couldn't tell from your video. Thanks.

Good video but what I do is I drive it up on a lift and I give the half shafts and the arms and the wish bones a tiny shake just to see if there's anything loose or any play if there was it would likely not pass nct or mot
