I worked as a reconditioner/detailer in dealerships for 40 years.
I never knew a salesman,sales manager,general manager or service manager that hasn’t forgotten more than I know about every aspect of detailing.
I would call them out to school me and of course they weren’t going to do that,lol !
I get the same kind of jackwagon comments about projects at my shop. My motto is, if it isn't YOUR car,,,,how long it's taking is none of your fawking bizness.
