Hello new to your channel I'm from the uk I look forward seeing all your videos
Great information thank you and stay safe
Good vid. I noticed you started blocking your sanding with 320, instead of 180 or 220 sand paper….
Should they be long or short strokes
I work in high end paint shop I started 7 months ago I'm only 23 and luckily all of our body techs have been doing it for 30 years plus so luckily blocking is always a breeze only ever run into very small low spots, our paint shop is very on point compared to other ones I'm told at least I get 2 to 3 cars completely prepped for paint a day we do 4 paint shoots and one parts shoot a day, does anyone know if that is average for a paint shop but we do typically only work on higher end cars if we really wanted we could slam out more than that but there would b a bunch of hardlines and stuff if they were lower end cars
Great job Chris
Where can I get that block sander
i have a similar panel to fix. It's a front fender with a body line through the center that the fender curves up and down from. I'm having a hard time keeping the line straight while filling the dent just above and below it. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or suggestions? Thanks.
