Wait, I thought you can just pour the oil in the toilet or just dump it in the river?

You’re not a mechanic If You change your own oil.

Also don't slam your hood it will bend the latch overtime making it hard to open the hood, just set it done and then lightly push down.

Hot oil is preferred when draining. This dude keeps providing terrible advice lol

You want to change it hot, and you never change oil on an incline you probably have half a litre in the back of the oil pan.

Legally required to accept oil 🤔. Nope. Standing on his radiator to fill the oil🙈. Checking his oil level while the front end is raised not showing proper level. “How to be a hack diy mechanic”

definitely change your oil when the motors warm. Makes the oil stream out 10 times easier than it would if it was cold so it gets most of it out including dirt if any

Whatching you climb the ladder and putting your foot on the engine bay is the most asain thing iv seen in my life

Changing oil whilst hot is beneficial as it’s generally thinner than cold oil as it reaches its optimum viscosity at temp and contaminants are in suspension. You’ll drain out more of the old oil and contaminants while the oil is at operating temp.
