Wow the 3 valve had a butt load of issues. I have a 2002 5.4 triton in an f150, runs great but it has always missed on idle since day one. As soon as it gets gassed it goes away. Would never want a 3 valve, no ty and if i remember correctly, its the 2003? I think they fixed the issues by 2004 perhaps?

Found the valve!
Been following your videos since I started to have oil problems out you my 5.4 tore everything down and found that my chain guides were gone. So I'm doing a full timing set , oil pump ect. I was debating about doing the roller followers to since they are coming off any ways. This just convinced me to do it.
