My 2007 C-RV has over 290k and is doing great. But Scotty, the Honda Jet Engine isn't totally Honda. GE is a partner.

Honda hasn’t made good cars in years. My family had 4 new Honda’s and 1 accord was a lemon- tranny dead at 39k Miles. 1 accord had tranny failure at 105k and 1 odyssey had power steering issues until warranty ran out and sold. And yes we maintained them. One accord from early 90’s was a gem.

Love your work Scotty! I've put 447,000 miles on my 2008 Civic LX (made in Japan) still running. My daily commute is 150 miles round trip. Only major repair was to replace the AC system. (Necessary here in Louisiana); and now the starter needs attention. (Oh, and the paints worn off the top.) I’ll keep driving this one… a new one might not be made as good.

Awesome video. I just bought at 2019 Honda Civic Touring with 1.5T engine. It only has 1600 miles on it. I hope it lasts a long time.

We live near the Marysville Accord plant. We're all Honda around here.
I'm currently working to revive a '98 Civic Sedan that my sister left to sit for more than five years. That great engine started right up, but the brakes on the rear wheels are locked up.
I'll have it running soon. It has 290,000 miles on it, I plan to get it to 400,000. No reason I couldn't.
