lol thats bull on the "MOUSE" blocker not RAT. They make a sound alright but these rodents don't care. I've tried them a couple times through the years never stopped a mouse, just found one in a drawer couple weeks go that plugs in 110 n tossed it in the garbage… Probably the only one that gets hurt maybe your brain and you can't even hear it. A cat be better as long as you dont spoil it so its so full and fat it wont hunt…
