What's the best way to buy a used car from another state? I can't go check the car out in person and I've tried the local car inspectors but there aren't any good ones.. spent $230 for one and they never got to inspect the car and gave me $160 back. Lost $70 for their "process fee"

Toyota already had a battery electric vehicle ages ago the rav 4 ev. It was their answer to the gm EV1. Myself, I'd rather have an electrovair.. but with cutting edge battery gas medium technology. Hydrogen sounds great until you're in the cold cold Midwest and realize people leave their vehicles running smoke their cigarettes and use their cell phones ALL WHILE PUMPING UP THEIR VEHICLES!
