    What a bunch of doom and gloom. I just checked CL for cars from private owners – prices are normal. For 3000 to 6000, you can find a decent used car from Mercury Marquiss to Nissan Xterras. I love your videos Scotty, but why are you saying things that aren't true?

    Wow, you were right about people losing their minds with the used car market. Just looked up the KBB Value of my used car, and now people are selling it for more than I paid for it! If I had something else to drive, I could sell it now and make back double what I paid for it. Maybe I'd have to touch up the paint a little first, but I had no idea my car would sell for so much compared to how much I paid. I paid $5,000 for it back in 2019, and now people are selling them for $10,000. I feel sorry for anyone who needs a car right now.

    I got a used 2016 4cyl Camry, 57,000 miles, for $10,500.
    I feel it was a pretty good deal.

    Paid 13.5k for a 2012 Ford Explorer that had 143k miles on it. Paying 7k for a 300k miles is a total rip off.

    If you want to drive your car, for a very long time, you must have a manual transmission. A wise move.

    Lots of states charge a road tax on your EV every year. Indiana charges you $150.00 every year whether you drive it or not. I'm sure that's just the start of it.
