I own a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser (4wd 6speed manual) and a 2002 Nissan Xterra 5speed manual 2wd. 😉✌
go big blue… wildcats forever. I work on these cars, you forgot to mention how painful to find parts for this generation, as many are discontinued. example, the EBCM module.
Just got a RCSB Tacoma Prerunner w/ 4×4 and a manual trans, always have to scare tailgating assholes when going uphill from a stop lol
The car companies are a bunch of dumb assess for not making manual transmissions
I learned to shift on my little Honda S-90. My boys learned on a Ford Aspire with a 5-speed. They wanted a car to drive to school and were highly pissed that I bought the tiny 60 hp Ford. But they learned quick. And the little hatchback was surprisingly good in the winter.
My 2014 Ford Focus sport has a 5-speed manual and it is a joy to drive. So sad that they are getting rid of manual transmissions just when they are finally perfected. My manual is slick shifting and the hydraulic clutch is smooth and easy. It is just plain fun. I will admit that an automatic is a better choice if one spends a lot of time in slow moving congested traffic.

I learned how to drive a standard by watching my dad driving our '65 Plymouth Fury I.
I own 3 cars and all have manuals. My vow is that I will eat 2 tons of glass before I go to an automatic!
