I had that car they all had bad trannys
Those Accords had some weak automatics, but I made mine shift better using AMSOIL ATF. If you are doing drain-and-fills regularly, you can switch and save some hassle.
Honda automatics will not shift right unless you use Genuine Honda ATF
Also that car was not comfortable. I had a 2001 civic that was very comfortable.
Most Honda accords have a torque converter jutter from the factory need trans fluid change every 50k and torque converter burnishing.
Sadly, this is why I will only buy a small engine Toyota or Honda. My Pontiac Vibe that's cost me very little after purchase is a GM car only because it's really a Toyota Corolla under the hood.
I wouldn't be able to live with a car I have to baby. My 06 Town Car with 180000 still runs strong with aggressive driving and PROPER maintenance.
