In malaysia, when the 5 series E60 came out in 2005 here, it was almost $100,000 for the standard version due to all the taxes n so on. Note: we cant really configure our beemers here and can only officially buy the set of specs set by the dealers. Yeah it sucks. Anyways, 14 years later u can get a used E60 for ~$10,000. i always tell people who are interested, u might be paying only 10pc from the original sticker price, but its still beemer so be friendly with ur local mechanic n be prepared to lighten ur wallet?
