The reason that electric cars died at the hands of the Federal government is because they are in the pockets of the big money oil corporations.
Hydrogen !!! It is a first sorce of energy (electricity is secondary means you need to use some first source of energy to get electricity)and emission is just some water.
What is Environmental Sustainable about an BEV car, that after a decade of usage, is probably in the junkyard due to high degradation of the battery packs?
And Scotty, right after you left Texas and the electric power went off for a week, electric cars were stranded, now we realize gas engines are not doomed
Possible next decades scenarios to new vehicles:
Car application: BEV, PHEV and Fuel Cell.
Heavy duty: PHEV and Fuel Cell.
Trucking: Fuel Cell and Hydrogen ICE.
Heavy machinery: Hydrogen ICE.
I go hybrid, not going electric until alot changes in my use and infrastructure.

I think these electric cars being forced on us will become a huge debacle. I think alot of electric cars will be seen parked along side the road because their efficiency will go down leaving people stranded.
Oil is her to stay! Evs are way Dirtier than gasoline powered cars! That’s a Fact, just look it up! The atmosphere is what it has always been and climate change is a Lie ! 100 percent political! But Toyota advertised Electric car’s a thousand times during the Olympics!
