Scotty what oil do you recommend for my Honda Crv 2005 ? With high mileage and burning some oil ? I am currently using 10-40
Fun fact: There's some overlap in the API standards for 0W-16 and 0W-20 specification. It's possible for "thicker" 0W-16 (on the specification on what constitutes a 16 weight oil) and a "thinner" 0W-20 oil (for the specification for what constitutes a 20 weight oil) to actually be very, very close (or even the same in extreme cases) in viscosity when warm . If your car calls for 0W-20 oil, you can mostly likely use 0W-16 in a pinch if you have/want to. It's not going to cause your engine to suddenly fail.
I understand that some F150s don't have traditional starters but same has been replaced with a starting system that determines piston at tdc, injects gas and generates a spark to start engine. That true?
