Thats a pretty bada55 car. 60 mpg too. I always hated the design when I was younger but many years later looks almost dont matter to me and this car really stands out.

I own 2 of them ?
I owned a 2011 Honda Insight, which had a similar drive train. It didn't get as good a gas mileage as the first generation did. It also didn't use those rear tire cover panels. However, it did get excellent gas mileage. Unfortunately, a deer ran out in front of me on the highway as I was traveling about 70 mph. Bye bye Honda Insight.
That video has got me thinking about the Insight.

The only fault these have is the manual transmission. They're well-known to develop synchronizer and input shaft bearing problems. It's not fatal, as long as you learn to double clutch!
