I kind of disagree with Scotty about the Camaro, sort of. If that guy can afford a little more expensive one then there might be an option out there. This goes for Mustangs too. There are people buy those cars and won't drive them in the rain. The garage keep them, barely drive them on Sundays, and put very few miles on them. They don't modify them and they certainly don't beat on them. Now, these cars don't necessarily come up for sale very often. The best time to catch them is maybe when a new model comes out. Like for instance when the ZL1, 1LE, or when the 6th Gen came out. They might trade up for that. If you can catch one at that point then you might find a really pristine one with low miles that's been taken care of. But of course that car is going to sell for more than market average. I've seen 3rd Gen IROC Camaros with less than 20,000 miles on them that have been garage kept and babied. Of course there's the issues with a car that has too few miles on it. Did it sit and rot? But do some digging and find one that's been driven but just not driven hard or too much. Again, cars that are second vehicles that are garage kept and Sunday driven.

Not exactly. Those Fiatas have Abarth engines inside, they are nothing like Fiat engines, which are not too bad themselves. My dad has a Fiat Panda 1.2 l bought new 7 years ago. Except for the mandatory maintenance, he never popped up the hood.

Honestly I think an awesome deal right now is the 2019 Chevy Spark with the 5-speed manual. Currently MSRPs for like $14995. You can't hardly find brand new cars for that price.
And in India, Fiat's are for serious drivers , people either buy and keep them for ages or don't buy them at all , they have bad reputation only because of bad resale while horrible unsafe cars sell like crazy.The Fiat 1.3 liter multijet diesel engine is very reliable and powers various brands across the world.
