Actually the 120 volt switch’s will give you issues down the “road”. They are designed to work on 110/120 volts usually rated 15amp unless you get a HD one.. They are designed to spark a little every time you turn it on or off.. (which actually cleans off the contacts for dust or a oxidation buildup) NOW with low voltage you will not get the small spark, thus the film or oxidation will build up and you will not make contact anymore…
