Hertz deserves to go down for this, and I hope it happens. I hope they go down in flames. I hope those in the class-action lawsuit win, and get every penny they're asking for. And I hope those at Hertz that put these policies in place (and KEPT them in place, even after so many of the arrests turned out to be false) are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and end up doing prison time themselves. It's only fair.

I was a Hertz member for years and out of nowhere One day I can't seem to rent. I believe one of the Hertz employee is the reason for this. She basically act like she was doing the process, when I would stop in, but oh, she told me my card was declined. My bank said otherwise. The decline was never sent to my bank. I believe also one of the best employees that would help the customer's get the best deals the best cars was up and fired. Every time I would go in hurts someone was always having a problem with that locations. Lancaster California. Someone is always complaining at that office.

I worked for hertz for a few years and they fire me after I got back from a vacation they said oh the vacation was not approved when on the calendar it said it was this company is evil and I really hope they go out of business screw hertz
