Hertz is messed up. But the real problem is our justice system.
I rented from National and I returned it. They had no record of renting it.
One think rental car companies do. If a windshield is already cracked and more cracks develop they will charge you. So the person has the initial crack got charged and now you get charged for the same windshield. So they are making money of that.

No one should rent from Hertz! let them go bankrupt and pay for damages.gosh!!
