Scotty, love your videos and I learn alot, but I have to disagree with you on the BMW. They are still the ultimate driving machines. Love the new styling and I do miss manuals, I have no issue with the auto. Still love you, but don't mess with my BMW.?
Something interesting I noted, is that while BMW dropped their standard transmissions, Volkswagen has added a ton of options with the 6 speed when compared to just a couple of years ago. You can get the base Jetta, GLI, Golf, GTI all with manual transmissions, and all the dealers I've seen of VW around north Houston keep several dozen in stock, and from what they've told me they do sell well, though it seems that the type of person that buy them are enthusiasts and not so much someone buying a 6 speed Jetta because it's $1,000 cheaper.
The clientele has changed!
