The EPA is the reason for all the cylinder deactivation and 12 speed transmissions and small displacement engines with turbos they're the reason for all that they still haven't got their hands into the commercial industry as bad yet meaning the heavy duty trucks have different regulations they can be louder and pollute more and they don't have to list their miles per gallon like the half-ton truck that's why I drive a 3/4 ton
