    Omg I have this EXACT CAR! My 2005 Ford Focus has taught me so much about cars. Bought mine for $1,000 and needed a new idler pulley. Did the job myself and it was my first ever car repair job! Since then I’ve changed bearings, struts, radiator, and I’m about to have to go for the compressor too because it doesn’t blow very cool at stand still and it is so noisy it’s just that time. Bought mine with 140,000 miles and it has 198,000 rn and bout it last year (I do delivery and this is my beater). I feel a lot of people really under value the 03-07 Ford Focus

    Typical Ford design. Let's make things difficulty for the DIYer, either that or they can pay an arm and a leg for the unnecessary labor for our stupid design.

    Once you evacuate the system, while it's under a vacuum shouldn't you wait a while to see if it holds the vacuum?

    200k pretty solid, did ford finally fix the issues with 1.9 split port at this point or did these late mk1s have the good duratec/mazda 2.3
