Scotty, you should really talk to Louis Rossmann. He is a computer repairman who has been fighting for right to repair for years. You could have a really good dialogue with him. He has a YouTube channel, too.
I was an account representative with CNH (Case/New Holland). What an excellent company with top notch equipment and business ethics. They would never pull the kind of nonsense John Deere is guilty of.
