    To come into these days when I lived in massachusetts, I get a phone call one day from the Secretary of state's office, saying they're going to suspend my license over an excise tax. When I asked what an excise tax was, a tax for the use of our roads is what she said I told her to go f*** herself, go ahead and keep my license. Turns out I had to pay it eventually, but what a joke it is. What a sham completely. I remember the housing there, it was always expensive. Now I'm sure it's outrageous
