The problem is that GM cars suck…badly.
The Tesla vehicles produced in China will not be for the American market, but they are indeed an impressive American car manufacturer representing us overseas. Legacy manufacturers like GM are too slow to adapt to the massive wave of electrification coming to the whole world. America, the biggest producer of oil in the world, can't seem to get behind EVs because of the potential short-term profitability of oil from fracking. It's like watching a dinosaur struggle in a tar pit.
GM ain’t screwed. Nuff said. Sorry but you’re wrong on this. There will be progress.
