Wow Scotty and I agree. Hydrogen is the future.
Absolute bonkers nonsense. Total WTW efficiency of EVs is like 75% (incl. line loss) whereas FCEVs are about 30% efficient *only considering losses in the drivetrain*. If you include generation losses, which are very steep for electrolysis, the figures get even more abysmal. FCEVs are nothing but a more complicated, less efficient EV with the sole benefit of fast refueling. They used to have a range advantage but now electric cars exist that can do the same, *for less money*. Promoting FCEVs now is like promoting Betamax in 1995. Besides, y'all really gonna listen to this man about electric cars when he spent 24 grand on an electric Smart with 60 miles of range? When the same money could've bought a 236 mile Bolt?
