I change my 2010 rav4 fluid at 65k mileages , no problem yet at 82k, I did had to put more fluid a few days ago since there was a small lick, which could fix for 50 bucks but so far no problem.

My friend changes my filter and transmission fluid every 30,000 miles. He’s a Toyota tech so I trust he can do it lol. The previous owner changed the transmission fluid at Toyota of Orlando every 25,000 miles. I was surprised when Toyota of America corporate and the dealership said I don’t need to change it that often. The dealership and Toyota corporate say to change transmission fluid every 60,000 miles 🤷♂️

Thing I like to do is stick a hose down the transmission dip stick tube stick a hose into a container then take a vacuum cleaner and start sucking from a different spot on the container take out a few quarts or so every oil changer whenever then replace it
