Hello Scotty. My Toyota Camry v6 has 175,000 miles on it. I just bought it. Should I change the transmission fluid?
The thing is there is no way to drain the transmission fluid in the skyactiv transmission on a Mazda as it is sealed…
Dear Scotty, can you please make a video showing how to change ATF on the newer "SEALED" transmissions? At least for a couple of the Honda or Toyota types?
Own A 2013 Nissan Sentra CVT transmission…bought car new and change the fluid every year …added a transmission cooler and changed filters and cleaned pan….don't mess with it and drive real easy…so far so good
Don't get a Nissan CVT garbage jatco
Hi Scott, what about CVT filter? There is no mention of cvt filter change out in my honda jazz / fit GK5.
Honda CVT is using specific CVT oil, not confuse it with ATF oil.
SO THE TRANSMISSION FILTER WILL NOT BE CHANGED, WHEN CHANGING THE FLUID ?
dealerships lol what a good laugh they are. They pray on people with ZERO knowledge about cars. its sad but they love getting woman in there shop, or nieve people who are wide eyes because they know its an easy sale. mechanics have no care in the world screwing you to your face ( most of them )
What about my '02 Ford Focus?
200k miles, lifetime transmission fluid, no drain plugs.
I drain and fill every other oil change. Hondas have pretty sensitive transmissions as it is.
