My car used to make noise when going over bumps.
I looked and found a broken spring.
Replaced the spring, but noise was there just like before.
So i checked the calipers. Just take them down, clean and put it back.
The noise has gone.

Scotty, can you comment on the commission system that most dealerships used to pay their service advisors AND mechanics? That seems to be a huge conflict of interest and I'm surprised that more customers don't complain about that issue. Every time I go to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation, they want to perform Fuel Induction service, Fuel Injection service, or Brake Fluid exchange, none of which are mentioned in the manufacturer's service manual that came with the car(2013 Toyota Rav4).
