Robert, when it comes to bearing installation …

You want to heat up the bearing so that it expands and slides over the shaft.

You want to free / cool down the diff / shaft in order to shrink it so the bearing can slide over

You can buy proper bearing heaters but they are expensive, but there’s lots of other “ home techniques “ that work just fine

Should freeze the quaife and heat the bearing. Freezing the bearing just makes things harder.

    Headlight setup looks familiar…

Heat bearing and freeze quaife as previous commenter said.

Hi Robert, I have a question about my 91 Volvo 740 turbo, it’s got oily spark plugs, rough idle when hot only and takes few times turning the engine on. I replaced the oil regulator/separator and replaced the head gasket because it little bit leaking but still there is oil on plugs, what do you think is the problem? Thanks

I do remember this car from your earlier videos. It has some really nice upgrades!
