Love yous all God bless you pete
I can take a craftsman ratchet i bought when sears was still in business back to lowes and they will give me a new one no questions asked. I'd tell snapon you're getting a dumpster and converting to matco or craftsman and to not have the snapon truck come anymore. Tell them you bought a datona floor jack from harbor freight at 1/3 the price of theirs too.
The snapon guy used to come trying to sell 400$ freon leak detectors. I'd bring out by bottle of soapy water and tell him it works better just to piss him off.
Snapon works the way Kirby vacuum cleaner works. The sales people make a commission on the jacked up prices. Idk about you but im not paying 1500$ for a vacuum.
I went on ebay and bought a like nee one for 50$, if i wanted a new in the box one i could get it for 300/400$. I don't like getting ripped off and supporting/adopting the kirby or the snapon guy.
Harbor freight is coming strong. The big boys better be on notice. New Subscriber cause I got scared when you called me a bitch.
if you ask for rebuild kits snap on will send them for free.
I got into the hype of the icon bought there socket and wrenches there metal is soft and it's crap. gearwrench went cheap also and the name brands are ridiculously over priced
thanks pete you inspired me take my 1/2' drive apart and fix
That’s exactly what happened to me our old snap on guy sold his route and The new guy refuses to warrantee anything that the previous guy sold so I refused to leave the truck one day and that bastard called the cops..
I love this guy
Alot of snap on tools are built in China now
