    If your local Snap On dealer is a weenie, send the tools in to Snap On directly, they will warranty them. I’ve never had a warranty declined from a dealer, or Snap On, except on electrical items that only get 12 months.

    Shame on them.

    snap on quality is good but the warranty sucks i tested it out and they told me the same thing no receipt no warranty,and i tested harborfreight i brought a pittsburgh ratchet that got ran over by a vehicle and the lever was broken but believe it the ratchet still functioned only problem you could not reverse it they exchanged it no problem they just ask for you phone number,good rant though.
