Do you have a whole bunch of power under your hood? Are you only spinning one wheel on those burnouts? Hagerty’s Davin Reckow is here to help you solve all your one-wheel peel problems. Our 1969 Chevy Camaro SS just got a freshly rebuilt, modestly hot-rodded engine, and it’s in serious need of a lower gear and some Positraction goodness. Davin goes step-by-step to show you how to swap out your rear end with a burnout-approved limited-slip differential.

Awesome instructional tutorial Davin, thanks so much! I was wondering what the heck that open distributor looking like thing was off to your left with the razor blade stuck to it,until I saw a close up with all of the bolts stuck in there too. Then realized it's a cool ass hold all, providing its magnetic of course. Lol, very cool. Little tricks of the trade, because I was pretty sure the distributor didn't go there atall. Now it's time for your orange to peel both sides properly. ▪☆☆☆▪
Hagerty has the best videos, thanks for all you do.
Lead hammers are good to you got it yet for things like taking the pinion out
"butterfly crunches at the gym, or so I'm told" had me laughing, way to go once again Davin courtesy of Hagerty ( & Penzoil).
your videos are the best! you definitely know what you are doing and coincidentally, we will change the diff on mustang next month, so we are happy to use this as a guide. THANKS! maybe one question, if we don't have that digital meter, how we can find it is ok?
Now the car crawls out like a baby.
Again NO safety glasses especially with a hammer and chisel…etc
What NO Posi Lube?
Sweet modified calendar in the background!
Thanks for this in-depth video, I will be doing this to mine in the near future and this helped me out so much. Thanks again!
