    Pete please reconsider the steroid shots in your knees. It’s not a big deal and it can really help you. The steroid stays in your knees so don’t worry about side effects. Please take care of your body. We are all getting older and need a little medical help to keep going once in awhile. Just my two cents. Enjoy all your videos. Been watching for years.
