If the recession comes, your with a manual transmission will hold it's value for sure.
Wow, I’ve got a 2021 base Kia Soul LX with the 6 speed manual, sure hope it lasts, at 14k miles, not one single problem. I follow Kia’s severe duty maintenance schedule. Oil changes every 3,750 miles (or earlier). We shall see, sure is a nice car though – good paint, excellent panel gaps and no rattles. Also, no cruise, no auto stop-start, no cylinder deactivation or direct injection. Korean model T.
You were the best scotty, mayb you rest in peace 🙏 🪦
I was born ready.
Diesel shortage and prices are SCARY indeed.
I drive to a gym 14.4 miles round trip 24 times a month and only spend like $68 dollars on gas. Walmart Market is walking distance/same with post office.🤣 No BEV for me.
Recession started during the Trump Administration
Tesla has too much competition there and practically none in the States.
is the world in trouble when we get our economic updates from scotty??! the reason why models are cheaper in china or the rest of the world is that the cars are not exactly the same; the USA and EU will require front airbags, side curtain airbags and other safety features that are not nationally mandated in china or other parts of the world. now what you will not know if how cars are way overpriced in certain 3rd world countries like the philippines for instance, where cars who will not pass federal or EU safety standards or emissions sell for more money than the same cars in the USA or EU, case in point is the toyota 4runner, while the current 4runner is now based on the land cruiser prado, they still sell the 2nd generation model in the philippines starting at $40,000 without side curtain airbags etc. and they are made by 3rd world labor that are paid less than $10/day and a sack of rice per month!!! and not allowed to join a union!
we've been in a recession since 2008
