This is so rad and should honestly apply to all car groups. When I had my Audi A6 Avant, I went to a little Audi car meet in town. I asked various peeps there how they installed certain parts or how they decided to go with what mods….. they pretty much all gave me the same answer, "oh I just told my mechanic and he did it" * mega facepalm *
This idea needs to honestly take off. Of course that may never happen due to the repair shops looking at it from a loss prevention type of mishap. On the other hand, ASE certified mechanics may get in on the action and lend a hand for a cheaper alternative than what the big box shops charge, while of course supplementing their income and knowledge. Yes, theis has been happening for a while now, but is never advertised.
This is beautiful!!! Meraviglioso 😀
It's like Auto Hobby Shops on military bases but for the public
Great idea! Having others around is motivational and helps make judgement calls [that can stop me… I over-think] during a build or even a repair.
We need this but for tuners too!
Such a cool idea!
in the real world they fight and steal parts from eachother and lye and yell if you make dust.. and pay hundreds of dollars a month for what… here in ottawa we had one.. i never went to it.. it was shut down because people did chop shop stuff and left a mess
Hobby pasion, nailed it.
