    i have a 1999 e250 eco. van 4.2 6 cyl. it was driving fine when i first bought it i was told it had a vacuum leak buy it didnt seem to be a problem then i drove it 1500 miles and then i started have problems it started to feel like it was choking so i turned it off then turned it back on and it started to make banging noises so i spoke to some people even a ford mechanic who said it is possible the cats where bad so i disconnected them and the noise was still there but after a while the noise disappeared but my problem now is that she starts fine no noise but when i put in drive and take off there is now power even when i floor it so i can drive but it just doesnt have the power anymore what can the problem be i change wires plugs and coil i need help to fix if not i guess i will have to get rid of it can you help guide me in the right direction and maybe a video on this problem

    Any chance that truck had a front or side collision in its past, the body shop did repair but didn't secure the foam?

    Thank you so much for your vids…i would come to you but live in BC up in Canada. I am doing the timing set work and melling pump and will now run 5w30…QUESTION… do i still use the same factory motorcraft oil filter??? Thank you so much for your time and info.

    I HAVE 1998 F150 5.4 4X4 STANDARD 2 DOOR CAB FLARESIDE W/170,000 MILES. TERRIBLE GAS MILAGE.
    DO I HAVE THIS ON MY TRUCK ?
    HOW MANY VALVES DO I HAVE

    HOW DO I IMPROVE GAS MILAGE ?
