RE: Toyota axle that wasn't delivered. For monetary consideration, the dealer agrees to provide goods or services under the terms of a sales agreement. That's a contract. If the dealer or his agent fails to deliver the goods or services, then that's a breach of contract. The dealer is made whole, but the customer is not. I would suggest getting in touch with your state's Attorney General's Office and filing a complaint.
So disappointed Toyota is dumping the V6 in so many of its vehicles. Bought a used Lexus RX350 with a V6 and I love it, the new ones only have 4 cylinder options. No bueno.

Not really weird software. A lot of vehicles bring various other warning lights when your ignition is on as a bulb check. When your alternator goes out the dash cluster thinks the engine is not running hence other lights will come on.
A quick check with a multimeter will tell you if it’s the alternator. Most likely will be 😀
