Electric cars need a towable battery pack, maybe it can charge from the trailer wheels. When when the battery trailer dies, disconnect the trailer and connect another one.
In Norway approximately 20% of the cars on the road are PHEV/BEV. The Norwegian government has massive incentives for purchasing new electric vehicles. The push for zero emissions in Norway began in 1990. The major incentives began around 2000 and increased in 2010 thru current day. While China has a large BEV market, Norway is by far the largest per capita market for electric vehicles. Most experts in the U.S. estimate around 20% of U.S. cars will be electric by 2035.
