My Mother has a 2001 Toyota Yaris and still runs like new
My bro has a 2011 Genesis coupe 100,000km and he has a new problem every 6 months. The last one cost him $3000
I'm a bit surprised it didn't cause transmission, bearing and brake warpage problems. Often does with the brake engaged. The full sized Cadillacs have rear disk brakes and water loves to get into where the mech brake goes into the brake. 120K miles or so if you set the brake and it can stick. It doesn't take long before the rim is very hot. It'll boil water. Do that long enough and it'll fry the transmission.
