    My 2015 CR-V has the amount listed in the owners manual and there is a fill bolt above the drain bolt on the CVT.

    You can't just drain and fill. Temperature drastically affects the fluid level.

    Now they have fluid level fill holes and you have to watch tft with scanner and only check following manufacturer specs . Some are checked at 120 degrees like dodge and like ford it has to be closer to 180 degrees …..

    I have a 2018 Nissan rogue that I just bought an oil dipstick that measures the fluid level for my CVT. Nissan doesn’t want anyone to change their own N-3 oil and they charge you for more quarts than they actually put in

    one of these car companies keep doing these things why would you not have a dipstick that is stupid the dipstick's the only thing that can keep you from burning up your transmission or ruining it because you can always check the food levels it's like an oil dipstick I don't know anything to make life harder on people
