That straw on his WD-40 can is SO ridiculous.
This sh*t worked great on my wedding night..
Picture at 4:05 i like it – lol.
I’m stumped. Got no smartass 1994 Toyota Celica joke this time.
WD-40 smells better than any other lubricant.
Scotty, thanks for sharing ?
W D 40 is the best…
WD-40 is not oh, and never has been, a lubricant. It only lubricates for a short time. It is a solvent. It is designed to displace water from ignition systems. Hence the name, water displacement formula number 40. It was designed in World War II by the precursor to NASA specifically for drying out wet ignition systems.
If you want your serpentine belts to last an extended. Of time soak them in 303 protectant let them dry for a day or so and then put them on the car. The same thing can be done by spraying 303 protectant on the tread of your tires every three months or so to keep the rubber from drying out too much. It will raise the usable life of your tread by as much as 500 or more percent.
As for WD-40, it became very fashionable in the 1980s to wet your gun down with WD-40 before you enter the shooting match. Especially with stainless steel firearms. It quickly became apparent that that was not the thing to do with Firearms were locking up in mid cycle and had to be hammered apart. WD-40 is not, and never has been, a lubricant.
The Tinman pic was priceless!
Scotty, my girlfriend has a 2001 Hyundai accent. Seemingly out of nowhere, the windshield wipers started making a horrendous screeching noise every time they turn on. It sounds like it's coming from the base of the wiper arms. I sprayed silicon down in there and ran the wipers to no effect. Do I need to replace the wiper motor?
