Didn't mention about the plastic radiator coming un-glued leaking between plastic end caps and the aluminum. Some manufacturer's offer aluminum radiator. This is highly suggestible with turbo cars. Specially if the turbo uses coolant, adding more pressure compared to natural aspirated engines.

I've got astra that gets hot after 3 miles, fan don't come on, I just turn heater on full, temp goes normal, thankyou Mr.kilmer for this video, now I know what to get repair garage to check, instead of them replacing prob all parts they THINK it needs, I'm not getting ripped off!
