Hey scotty I was wondering what is wrong with my 2004 dodge dakota 3.7 v6 2wd when I gas it up it dies just shuts down idles fine the fuel pump is new the alternator is new
Conventional oil changes every 3000 to 5000 miles
Synthetic oil changes every 5000 to 7000 miles
Yeah good regular maintenance can make a car last a very long time.

I do my throttle cleaning every 15000 miles just to make it squeaky clean inside.. .
Generally not a good idea to open the radiator cap on a hot engine just saying
Clean the PCV every 15000 miles as well.. Or change it every 30 000 miles
