Hey Scotty, what about using a solar powered battery maintainer???
Number 6 make sure your engine is in a good state of tune and starts readily. Sitting on the key cranking the engine shortens the life of the battery :o)

when you go to buy a new battery, never tell the parts store what car it is for. bring the old one with you and walk down the battery isle. chances are you will find several batteries that will work but the prices range from $110 all the way up to almost $200 (same brand of battery). I have found batteries with more capacity for cheaper just because they are more common. save yourself some money
Alot of cars batteries are not under the hood anymore.. Thats crazy. I had to pay 100$ for an instalation of my battery. But if it was under the hood i could have changed it myself…

My car has side post battery thing . I bought my battery few years ago at rual king. It farming supply store and they have great car battery .
And if you take the battery out of your car it we be a little harder to steal 😉
don't use mass air flow sensor to clean battery terminals get a foaming battery cleaner that also neutralizes acid!!!!!
