    I have a 1998 Honda Accord yet the other day I tried driving it I reversed out of my driveway I'm trying to go forward in 3rd gear I also tried it in 4th gear and it was slipping like it wasn't catching gear it wasn't going anywhere what is that my transmission going out

    Would a Just Tires car shop put Lucas oil in if asked? Seems like they would want to do a full transmission fluid change. I'm thinking of getting all fluids changed except for recent oil change.

    It's a GM. Don't worry about it. Just DUMP it ! Lol. Love it.

    I changed my fluid and added lubegaurd.

    Aren't the GM V6's from that era the ones that had problems with dexcool? They were great engines, IF, you changed that stuff well before the recommended service interval. If not, it turns acidic and creates problems related to the cooling system. Especially the intake manifold gaskets.
