Lol most cars use multiple same relays just switch bolwer motor to the one you want a relay at and you got a running car
With a push button switch,cut the ground to the fuel pump. Hide the switch somewhere under the carpet by the console etc.
I'd say the relay connectors and box cover were not designed for lots of removal and replacement. Besides, it's a lot of trouble to raise the hood and remove the box cover and relay every time you want to immobilize your car.

The other thing you can do is buy a 26 years old Toyota Celica. Lol.
I keep junk in my back seat and my clear coat is gone. The peeling paint makes the car look terrible. Car runs like a beauty and I usually have photo equipment that is far more expensive than the actual car. Best anti-theft protection
