The Hemi is arguably the best V8 gas engine ever made. Too bad it goes into a vehicle that has one of the worst transmissions ever made depending on the year. Not to mention everything else in the vehicle falling apart after only a few years.

That system where the cylinders shut down I think was invented by a mechanic here in Mount Vernon Ohio.

fiat-chrysler joined Puegot and others to become Stellantis recently.
I'm hoping the european companies can focus on EVs so dodge can make muscle cars for a few more years without not being able to catch up in the EV market in the future.

Great video. I've always loved the MoPar HEMI engines. However, the engines at 6:16 and 7:15 are not Hemis. They are wedge motors, 413/426 max=wedge. Also, some of the animations depict overhead camshafts, which none of the HEMIs ever had. Also, I've always wondered how the inverted engines handled the oil supply, which normally resides in a bottom oil pan.
I think Scotty must be sitting on his hands while he makes this type of video .
He sounds very reserved and proper .
