So what's it mean if you get resin in between the glass and pvb?

I work at a car rental company and we get TONS of rock chipped windshields. Man, we could save hundreds on replaced windshields if we just repaired them like this…

Possible to get some pit filler on its own? I have a bruise as the glass people I went to said, and they didnt want to do anything with it.

Unfortunately not all "window-repair-men" are as skilled as this guy. Recently I had two stone chips on the passenger side of my car that I wanted to get fixed. Unfortunately – after he performed the repair, the "craters" are still very much visible.

I just saw a armature used a $10 dollar kit and it came out much cleaner than this one.

Showing your professional is a good thing but most of us just want to learn simple DIY method. If I send my car to you, yes, this video is good. If I want to DIY, no, this video is just too much.
