In this video I show one of MANY ways a person could remove a rounded off wheel nut. -Enjoy!

Isn't it easier to just shoot the people responsible for inventing capped wheel nuts?

  2. nicewknd

Theme song from Flat Rate Master, cheeky!

  3. Jose Garcia

Ummmmm not simple. I'd rather buy 20 throwaway 12 point sockets and hammer them on.

Astro flank bite sockets are the best in my opinion… they grab everything!👍… had them for 2 years standard and Metric set now are my go-to sockets for rounded fasteners Lugnuts whatever I need removed that's damaged

Oh My Gosh what a nightmare I had with this. There was no Eric O back then to demonstrate the proper removal method.

You gotta be some “special” brand of stupid to strip all TWENTY lug nuts off your own car! Geez! But hey, it’s job security for guys like you!

Where was this video when I stripped the lug nuts on my 2012 CHEVY equinox.

How long into your tech career did you finally gain your confidence in your abilities? I've been in it for probably going on 7 years now and still find myself feeling stumped in many situations and just questioning my ability. Oh wait, this isn't my therapist.

I use the snap on reverse threaded sockets. Easy as pie. No drilling , no mess , no fuss.
